The FSC logo, trademarks, and FSC acronyms and the Forest Stewardship Council name are protected trademarks of the Forest Stewardship Council, and only certified companies are authorized to use these logos. FSC has three trademarks: the full name "FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL", the initials "FSC" and the "checkmark-and-tree" logo. The use of these trademarks, whether on promotional materials or on the labels of FSC-certified products, requires permission.
